Shipping Policy

Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    • Official Barber Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.

International Shipping

    • We currently do not offer international shipping.



Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

    • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
